warmth of a full hollowbody, the bright and primary hues of a solidbody,

The Höfner Verythin
series has a much smaller, thinner body profile than conventional semi-hollowbody
guitars. In addition, every Verythin employs a hand-fitted solid spruce
sustain block that does not use tone bars. These features reduce the
potential for feedback, accentuate the tonal punch and attack and preserve
the guitar's acoustic qualities.
Verythin Classic
The Verythin Classic is tonally one of
the most diversified instruments on the market. From the tender
delicacies of Jazz to the power pack punch of Rock, the Verythin Classic
produces all the dynamics necessary. The Subdued warmth of the
hollow body is ever present as well as incredible sustain commonly found
only in solid body guitars.
The Verythin Classic has
extremely unique circuitry allowing the guitar to simulate the sound of
the nearly silent single coil or humbucking pickups allowing the artist
extreme flexibility to create the perfect sound without distractions of
cumbersome switches or awkward gimmicks.

Verythin ”John Stowell” Signature model is based on the Verythin
Classic and comes with the noble ebony and gold hardware of the
Höfner Jazzica Custom.

current version of the Verythin Standard electric guitar updates
the original 1960 Hofner Verythin design with contemporary
features and recalibrates the benchmark for “Standard” semi-hollowbody
guitars.
A super slender body crafted from highly-flamed maple makes the
Verythin Standard so behold. Its solid spruce sustain block and
top-shelf humbucking pickups liberate the guitarist from volume
or style constraints imposed by ordinary semi-hollowbodies.
